just run

its like a desperate sprint

you must trust your instinct.

the mazes of logic,

will take it.

tear it all off with your teeth.

cut into your heart and bleed.

run, run as fast as you can

towards that low hum

Illogical, but felt.

a lineage every day

logos attempted to erase.

rearranged, given a new name.

one that tells us how to believe, how to pray.

i see so many, submit to a life

blocking true sight

bleeding them dry,

a constant stream of

“you’re not doing it right”.

you must run, barefoot if necessary

nothing matters as much as freedom.

look crazy if you must

just run, out of the chains of shame.

instinct reclaimed.
